HomeServe LLC is a full service residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms and basements.

HomeServe LLC has remodeled homes for many delighted clients in locations such as Bethesda MD, Potomac MD, Silver Springs MD, Chevy Chase MD, Gaitherburg MD, and Washington D.C. since 1999.

HomeServe LLC is licensed in the state of Maryland and in the district of Washington D.C.

The Owner

John Petsche, the founder and owner of HomeServe LLC, has been remodeling homes in the greater Washington D.C. area for over 25 years.

Prior to HomeServer LLC, John provided remodeling and handyman services for a Maryland residential property management company for 10 years. His duties included overseeing day to day maintenance and improvement needs for over 50 rentals homes as well as being responsible for updating many of these homes to achieve maximum rental and sales fees.

John has a reputation for listening to the customer’s needs and making recommendations that best fulfill their requirements and budget. His success within the business is due to his excellent communication skills, knowledge of carpentry, eye for design, and his attention to detail.

John is a lifelong resident of Bethesda/Potomac, Maryland. He lives in Potomac with his wife Cindy, daughter Lindsey and his Jack Russell Terrier, Jack. John enjoys music, relaxing on the beach, and he is an accomplished cook.
